Joseph Duce
Co-Founder &
Managing Partner

Joseph Duce, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Duce Capital is active in the multifamily and commercial real estate space and is currently invested in over 600 units with a total value over $100 million. Joseph has a passion for passive investing with the ultimate goal of creating long lasting, generational wealth for his family and his investors. He is enthralled with the concept of creating passive income and he wants to help others do the same. At Seek Freedom Capital, Joseph oversees all acquisitions, capital sourcing, investor relations and strategic operating partnerships.

Joseph earned his Bachelors at the Moody Bible Institute with a focus in Organizational Leadership and is still on the pastoral leadership team of their local church. Joseph and his wife Hannah began their real estate investing journey in 2017 with single family homes where they “house-hacked” and performed live in flips allowing them to roll their profits into syndications as passive investors. They have been doing that since 2020 and have invested just under $600K of their personal funds in multiple syndications. Their experience as passive investors allows them to walk their investors through these types of transactions with a different perspective than most, as they invest passively alongside their investors in every deal. Joseph resides in San Antonio, TX with his wife and their daughter.

Hannah Duce
Co-Founder

Hannah Duce, Co-Founder of Duce Capital, is a tenured professional in the IT industry and is the Director of Strategic Alliances at Rackspace Technology. Alongside her husband she has invested in over 600 units with a total value over $100 million. Her background in marketing, sales, and strategic partnerships has helped them to grow their portfolio of investments and relationships very quickly since 2020. Hannah shares a passion for passive income and loves it when she can introduce her network to the freedom and flexibility it can bring.

 

Hannah earned her bachelor's degree from Texas State in business administration with a focus in marketing. Hannah and her husband, Joseph, began their real estate investing journey in 2017 with single family homes where they “house-hacked” and performed live in flips allowing them to roll their profits into syndications as passive investors. They have been doing that since 2020 and have invested just under $600K of their personal funds in multiple syndications. Their experience as passive investors allows them to walk their investors through these types of transactions with a different perspective than most, as they invest passively alongside their investors in every deal. Hannah resides in San Antonio, TX with her husband and their daughter.
